  • Modified Property Resale Value Options

    Option modified to value a property resale based on the current year's net operating income (NOI) or the next year's NOI. 

    Option changes the value of the property by the change in the year's NOI divided by the cap rate.  Allows for property valuation depending on either a seller's or a buyer's prospective.

 

  • MIP Payment Option Added

    Mortgage Insurance Premium (MIP) option added for each loan.  This is a separate option than for loan origination points which are a one time charge. 

    Some lenders such as the FHA (Federal Housing Authority) require MIP payments that are charged monthly or annually based on each year's beginning loan balance.

    Option added to select individual graphs and charts to print.  Choose to print just the graphs or the graphs and data table.
