If you wish to return the software, you need to complete and sign a Letter of Intellectual Property Destruction. The letter needs to be received by our office within the 90-day period along with any software materials you received from us. Since our software is immediately downloadable, you must complete and sign the letter. Email or fax copies can't be accepted. (click here for letter) Proof of delivery is required to prevent delays, and the uninstall code must be entered on the letter where indicated. Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized. Refunds can not issued on unauthorized returns.
International Orders: There are no refunds for international orders. Canadian & Australian versions have the same money-back guarantee as the US versions for their respective countries.
